2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to help you track your nutrition and reach your health goals.

2.1 Account Information

• Email address — used to identify your account and enable cloud sync.
• Name (display name) — shown in the app personalization (e.g. "Hey [Name]").
• Profile photo (optional) — uploaded by you, stored in our cloud.

2.2 Health and Fitness Information

• Height, weight, age, sex — used to compute your calorie and macro targets.
• Goal (lose / maintain / build / gain) and target pace.
• Weight history — when you log new weights.
• Steps, distance, active calories, workouts, heart rate — read from Apple HealthKit (iOS) or Google Health Connect (Android), only if you grant permission.

2.3 Food and Activity Logs

• Food scans, recipes, pantry items — text + macros you save.
